Get up-front protection with our Bay Mount IDE drive mirroring controller. Featuring our easy to use DupliDisk3 (DD3)
mirroring technology, the Bay Mount fits perfectly into
any standard 5.25" external drive bay. It's the ideal
solution for mirroring two IDE drives where no free PCI slots are available. (See our 3.5 " Bay Mount if you have no free 5.25 " bays. Click on one of the SATA devices if you need to mirror SATA drives.)
You just slide the Bay Mount in place, connect
your IDE (Parallel ATA) drives using the provided cables, and run our quick and easy mirroring utility. There's no need for hardware drivers, no interrupt or software conflicts!
When you're done, you'll have real time backup! Every time you save data to your drive, the Bay Mount will automatically send the information to both drives, so you always have an exact (and bootable, where applicable) duplicate of your drive and all the information it contains. If one of the drives fails, an alarm will sound to let you know a drive needs to be replaced but the Bay Mount's automatic failover control will have the other drive will take over immediately. And you and your business will stay up and running!
