The Duplidisk Windows Utility software will not detect the presence of a Duplidisk; however, the DOS based program Dupli.exe supplied on the provided CD ROM will work correctly with this motherboard or you can download the DOS utility from http://Duplidisk.com/support/downloads/index.html. (this url must be updated)

Cause: We have identified a problem with early Intel application accelerator software and drivers from the 8xx series of system boards.
Models Affected: This issue is only seen with Intel System Motherboards and its IDE drivers installed.

Corrective Action: Remove the Intel device driver (from device manager), or application accelerator (from add/remove programs), and reinstall any service packs from the Windows version that you have installed. The SP installation will enable advanced DMA features reliably.

NOTES:

This problem has not been seen with Linux or Mac OS/X IDE controller support.
