Corrective Action: Enable "root" in OSX, log in as root, then install DupliMacX driver per our installation instructions included with the Duplidisk program. Log out and back in as the "normal" user. After this procedure, the Duplidisk utility will see the Duplidisk3 hardware.

NOTES:
The reason you need to log in as root is because the kernel extensions will not copy into the root directory without a root user logged in. Once this is installed, this procedure will not need to be repeated.
